We use the information you provide when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with any outside parties, except to the extent necessary to complete your order. All orders are secured by Shopify or PayPal. We do not send out any marketing emails/newsletters to our customers out of respect for your privacy, and invite you to follow us on social media.
Ordering Info
We will stamp and mail out a personalized sympathy or commemorative card notifying the recipient of your gift and the associated tree planting. An email with your order details will be be sent to your email address, and you can print your purchase receipt. Please allow 6-7 working days for card delivery. If your card is not received, please contact customer service and we will replace it for you at no additional cost. List of active sites/projects and tree planting partners is subject to change.
Custom Orders
Corporate Gifts & Awards, Wedding Favors, Customer Appreciation Programs, etc.
Please contact us for a quote if you need to order plant-a-tree cards in bulk. We offer a 20% discount on custom orders. You can also purchase wedding favors and plant-a-tree- thank you cards through our online store.

If you are a 501(c)(3) conservation organization that plants trees in the United States and/or Canada, feel free to contact us about a potential partnership. We are always striving to offer our customers more locations where they can plant trees.
Card Quality
We source our eco-friendly card stock from American Greetings' Cardstore. We wanted to make sure that our cards will not only bring your gift recipient a smile, but are actually good for our planet, too. We are proud to say that every card we send out is not only sustainably sourced, but FSC-certified, REC-certified & acid-free.
